Receiving
Our e-commerce support service system provides information on the status of warehousing, support parcel claiming, and warehousing forecasts. The system enters the express order number, UPC and customer information for each package. At the same time, each package undergoes visual inspection. If there is obvious damage to the packaging, our customer service department notifies you in a timely manner by email to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the warehouse status.

Blue Ocean Logistics maintains a professional warehouse management level, and all products are safely stored in accordance with the warehouse signed in the agreement. Blue Ocean Logistics calculates a storage fee based on cubic feet.

Blue Ocean Logistics’ self-developed e-commerce supporting service system provides a platform for customers to trade with suppliers and facilitate customers to better arrange procurement and inventory management. Customers can post acquisition machine links and acquisition prices, and suppliers can place orders directly to designated warehouses. When the number of products in the warehouse matches the demand, the system will automatically settle the payment and attribute the product to the customer.
