For all returns from FBM / SFP, Blue Ocean Logistics’ return team will complete the return process within 48 hours.

Screening & Inspecting – This is like a comprehensive quality check. We make sure your packages and products are up to the highest standards and ready to be redistributed. We thoroughly inspect all returned products. Clients will receive up-to-date reports of any products that exhibit physical damages, blemishes, defects, or items returned without original packaging and accessories.

Recycling, Disposal, & Reselling – We provide a hassle-free, efficient and eco-friendly electronics recycling solution that allows clients to minimize asset disposal related expenses. Whatever the final step is for your product, we take care of it. If it’s not repairable, we recycle or discard it for you. If it’s resalable, we add it back to your inventory and have it ready for the next order.

Refurbishing – All products will be cleaned, sealed, repacked, and accurately graded, which ensures consistent quality and eliminating uncertainty from the resell process.

Warehousing and Fulfilling – We get everything prepared for shipment. Products are re-packaged in a way that makes them look new and ready to ship for your next customer.

Repair & Warranty Claim –Implementing a streamlined warranty and repair management strategy keeps customer loyalty high and gives companies a competitive edge in the market. We can provide professional third-party warranties, including customer service, technical support, repair and return to the consumer.

Receiving – We manage both FBA returns and FBM returns. With our automated, Amazon API incorporated warehouse management system, clients can have real-time visibility to inventory updates with accurate, dependable data.

The end consumer can submit directly to our after-sales service website, including technical support, online customer service, return requests and repair requests. Whether our customers are retailers or product manufacturers, we can use our after-sales service module to allow consumers to directly communicate with our professional team to resolve consumer issues and enhance the shopping experience and brand reputation.

Today’s consumers look forward to a one-year free warranty on the purchase of new products.   • Used-Good: Returned goods operate normally, with obvious scratches, dents, and accessories may be incomplete.
